To be eligible for the BizAdapt grant, your business must:
Be registered and have operations in Singapore
Have at least 30% local equity held by Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents

Yes, you should. This grant is designed for businesses that are indirectly impacted by the US’s tariffs. For example, if you supply components to a Singapore MNC that exports the final product to the US, and their orders to you have dropped, you qualify.
No. BizAdapt covers third-party costs (consultants, logistics providers, landlords). It does not cover internal manpower (for that, look at the Career Conversion Programme).
The grant is open until 6 October 2027. However, funds are limited and tariffs can change overnight. It is best to apply as soon as you identify a risk.
No. You pay the employee their full salary as per normal. ASME reimburses your company (the employer) at the end of the training period or in tranches, provided training milestones are met.
