Am I eligible for the CCP @ ASME?
To qualify for the CCP @ ASME, both the company and the new hire must meet the following:
For Employers
Registered and operating in Singapore
Employment size not exceeding 200 employees, or annual sales turnover not exceeding SGD 100 million
Able to offer full-time employment of at least 1 year, with a minimum fixed monthly salary of SGD 3,000
Commit to the approved CCP training plan and administrative requirements
For the New Hire
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
At least 21 years old
Undergoing a substantive career conversion or transitioning from a non-SME or MNC

Yes, you may do so by classifying them under Job Redesign/Reskilling. If you are moving an existing staff member into a new role with a distinct change in job scope (e.g., Admin to HR Manager), you can apply for salary support during their transition.
The job role must pay a fixed monthly salary of at least S$3,000.
No. You pay the employee their full salary as per normal. ASME reimburses your company (the employer) at the end of the training period or in tranches, provided training milestones are met.
