COMPANY TRAINING COMMITTEES (CTCS)

Enjoy up to 70% rebate for upgrading your business and upskilling your team.

The NTUC Company Training Committees (CTC) scheme offers up to 70% support to cover your transformation costs, including equipment, software, and consultancy. Stop delaying your operational upgrades, and secure the funding to innovate while rewarding your workforce.

Do you meet the CTC worker outcome requirements?

We evaluate your business transformation plan and wage increase strategy to ensure your proposal meets NTUC's programme requirements.

Innovation is in the pipeline but scaling is tricky. Many businesses face these major roadblocks:

High CapEx

Purchasing advanced equipment, custom software, or hiring consultants requires significant upfront capital that strains SME cash flow.

Talent Stagnation

You want to adopt new technology, but your current workforce lacks the specialised skills to operate it, slowing down adoption.

Formal Company Training

Committee and drafting a transformation plan requires alignment with union or e2i representatives, which can be administratively heavy.

Salary Pressures

You want to raise salaries to retain your best staff in a tight labour market, but you need measurable productivity gains to justify the cost.

CTC funds the transformation. We structure the execution.

How much support can you receive?

CTC Funding Structure
Transformation Support

Up to 70% cash support for qualifying costs related to your transformation project, including equipment, software, and consultancy services.

Training Support

Up to 70% funding for non-SSG-supported external training courses, or SGD 9/hour for in-house training, provided it is tied to the transformation project.

Clarification

You must commit to at least one worker outcome: a wage increase, a skills allowance, or an implemented Career Development Plan (CDP). Funding is disbursed after these outcomes are met.
