Is my business eligible for the MRA?
To qualify for the MRA, your business must:
Be registered and operating in Singapore
At least 30% local shareholding, held directly or indirectly by Singapore Citizens and or Permanent Residents, based on ultimate individual ownership
Entering a new overseas market
Annual sales in the target overseas market must not have exceeded S$100,000 in any of the past three years
Group annual sales turnover not exceeding S$100 million, or group employment size not exceeding 200 employees

A new market is one where your company has not exceeded S$100,000 in overseas sales in each of the preceding 3 years.
No. The MRA grant generally covers third-party costs (consultants, booth rental, ad space), not internal operational costs like airfare, accommodation, or your own staff's salary.
MRA gives you cash (reimbursement), whereas DTDi gives you tax savings. We help you navigate how to use both effectively without double-claiming the same dollar.
