Is registered or incorporated in Singapore
Has an employment size of not more than 200 employees OR an annual sales turnover of not more than SGD 100 million
Can offer a full-time position with a minimum one-year contract and a fixed salary of at least SGD 3,000 per month

The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for SME Executives, managed by the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (ASME), helps professionals, managers, executives, and technicians (PMETs) reskill and take on new job roles in SMEs.
