Ivan leads the Corporate Solutions sales function at Mezzanine Enterprises with over a decade of experience spanning business development, telco IT delivery, legal advisory, and strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Mezzanine, he held leadership roles at HCLTech, MyRepublic, and Tech Mahindra, where he closed and managed complex technology deals exceeding US$30 million in value.

His multidisciplinary expertise—ranging from managing large-scale digital transformation programs and alliance ecosystems to corporate legal structuring—positions him as a dynamic bridge between clients' strategic goals and ME’s service offerings. Ivan is a Singapore-qualified lawyer and a graduate of the National University of Singapore’s Faculty of Law.
