Bruno Poh is the founder and CEO of Mezzanine Enterprise (ME), a multidisciplinary firm delivering back- and middle-office services with precision, discretion, and strategic clarity. A Singapore-qualified lawyer and serial entrepreneur, Bruno also founded Eastern Mezzanine Law Corporation (EMLC) — a specialist legal practice focused on digital transactions, payment services, and emerging regulatory frameworks.

Through EMLC, Bruno has advised fintech startups, payment institutions, and virtual asset service providers across their product lifecycles. His experience in complex legal, compliance, and corporate structuring matters serves as a foundation for ME’s integrated approach.

Bruno also served as General Counsel and Group Head of Corporate Services at an MAS-regulated major payment institution where he led legal, HR, compliance, and risk functions across Asia-Pacific. He has worked closely with financial regulators, closed equity and debt deals, built regional corporate frameworks, and advised on cross-border M&A, fund structuring, and emerging technology ventures.
