Bruno Poh is the founder and CEO of Mezzanine Enterprise (ME), a multidisciplinary corporate services firm delivering back- and middle-office services. A Singapore-qualified lawyer and serial entrepreneur, Bruno also founded Eastern Mezzanine Law Corporation (EMLC), a specialist legal practice focused on digital transactions, payment services, and emerging regulatory frameworks.

 

Bruno also served as General Counsel and Group Head of Corporate Services at a major MAS-regulated payment institution, where he led regulatory strategy and corporate infrastructure across Asia-Pacific. Here, he worked closely with financial regulators, closed equity and debt deals, built regional corporate frameworks, and advised on cross-border M&A, fund structuring, and emerging technology ventures. 

 

Armed with his combined wealth of legal and corporate experience, Bruno built ME’s regulatory backbone from the ground up, including Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) frameworks, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) capabilities, enterprise risk management systems, and internal audit functions.

 

In addition to his role at ME, Bruno also serves as a Data Protection Officer (DPO, designing and implementing data protection frameworks for various entities.
